Cake Pop Orders T&Cs

Payment

The price of Cake Pops starts at £2 each (for a basic round Cake Pop with sprinkles). Please contact us to discuss design and costs.

For orders of less than 30 Pops payment is paid on order confirmation and must be cleared before any work is carried out (10 days before delivery).

The payment is non-refundable if order is made with 2 weeks notice. For orders over 30 Pops a 50% deposit is required on order confirmation and the rest is paid 2 weeks before completion.

Payment can be made by BACS transfer, cheque, PayPal or by cash. (PayPal payments incur a fee).

Cancellations

For orders of less than 30 Pops the payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks before completion.

For orders over 30 Pops the 50% deposit is only refunded if you cancel your order more than 6 weeks before completion.

Delivery & Collection

You can either collect your Pops from us in Potters Bar or we can deliver.

Delivery within 5 miles of Potters Bar is free, any further you shall be charged for courier, or we can post by Royal Mail Next Day delivery.

Please note some Pops are not suitable for postal delivery due to their delicate nature and we are not liable for any damage caused by the postal service.

If you choose to collect the Pops yourself we can provide you with a stand to carry the Pops at an additional cost, but once collected the full responsibility for the safety of the order is with you and Definitely Cake are not liable for any damaged thereafter.
